Usage tips :
- Cream pie: Fill a cake base (short crust or puff pastry) with the cream pie mixture. Put in the oven at 180 ° C, about 35 minutes. Let cool. To be served slightly warm or cold. You can also sprinkle brown sugar on the pie and caramelize it with the kitchen blow torch (crème brûlée pie)
- Crème brûlée : fill ramekins with cream pie mixture, put in the oven at approx. 110 ° C for 30 minutes. Let cool and refrigerate for a few hours. Sprinkle each ramekin with brown sugar and caramelize with a kitchen blow torch. You can vary the flavors by slightly scenting the mixture with orange blossom water, cinnamon, matcha, "gingerbread" spices ... be creative!
