The perfect dish for festive meals! Ready to cook in the oven.
Home-made preparation by our chef. 100% natural dish with Swiss beef fillet. Prepared in Switzerland by LFB SA in Mont-s-Lausanne
Ingredients: beef fillet (CH) 56%, puff pastry 25% (WHEAT based), mushroom duxelles 18%, EGG yolk, truffle flavored oil, salt and pepper.
Packaging: Under protective atmosphere. RPET tray.
Storage: cool (max 5°C). Shelf life 7 days.
Use: Product ready to cook in the oven.
Preparation :
In preheated oven: (200°C) remove the Beef Wellington from the tray using the strip of sulfuric paper and place it in the oven on a baking tray covered with sulfuric paper halfway up. Cooking for approximately 25 minutes*. Let the fillet rest for approx. 5 min before cutting it into slices. Carefully cut the fillet with a very sharp knife so as not to destroy the dough. Enjoy your meal!
