Homemade preparation from our chef. 100% natural dish with regional vegetables (VD)

Produced in Switzerland by LFB SA in Mont-s-Lausanne

Ingredients: yellow and red carrots, peas, cauliflower and CELERY, cooked, seasoned with olive oil, salt and pepper.

Packaging: Under protective atmosphere. CPET tray.
Storage: refrigerated (max 5°C). Shelf life 7 days.
Use: Ready-to-heat product.

Regeneration:
In a bain-marie: pierce the protective film, place the tray in the bottom of a saucepan filled with 2 cm of simmering water and cover. Let warm for 20 minutes and serve.
In the microwave: pierce the protective film, place in the microwave and regenerate for about 2 to 3 minutes at 600 W*
In a preheated oven: (convection heat 170°C, traditional oven 180°C) remove the protective film and place the tray in the oven on a rack at mid-height, for about 5 minutes*.
