Homemade preparation by our chef. A 100% natural dish with salmon from Norway, fish broth, white wine and vegetables. A fine pleasure!

Made in Switzerland by LFB SA in Mont-s-Lausanne

Ingredients: ATLANTIC SALMON * 60%, simmered in homemade sauce with white wine (contains SULFATES) (fish broth (fish, water, vegetables (garlic, onion, celery, leek), corn starch, herbs, salt, pepper), CREAM, MUSTARD, chives <0.5%), garnished 20% (yellow carrots, peas and celery). * ATLANTIC SALMON (SALMO SALAR), breeding, Norway. May contain: gluten and egg

Packaging: In a protective atmosphere. CPET tray
Net weight: 250 g or tray of 6 fillets (about 1.6 kg)

Storage: cool (max 5 ° C). Shelf life 7 days.
Preparation : Product ready to be heated.

Regeneration:
In a bain-marie:  pierce the protective film, place the tray on the bottom of a saucepan filled with 2 cm of simmering water and cover. Let heat for 20 minutes and serve.
In the microwave: Pierce the protective film and put it in the microwave and regenerate for about 6 minutes at 600 W *
In a preheated oven: (rotating heat 170 ° C, traditional oven 180 ° C) remove the protective film and place the tray in the oven on a rack halfway up, for about 10 minutes *.
