Sauce made from red wine, port and pieces of summer truffle to accompany red meats (eg Beef Wellington), veal fillet or duck breast.

Ingredients: vegetable broth (water, CELERY, onion, corn, tomato, turnip, cabbage, carrot, leek, cooking salt, spices), red wine 25%, port 8%, summer truffle 'Tuber aestivum' 8% , 'Tuber aestivum' truffle flavored oil 4%, corn starch, mixed spices, salt, pepper.
Weight: 350ml
Packaging: PP bag. Pasteurized product.
Storage: store in a cool place (max 5°C). Shelf life 90 days.
Use: Product ready to be regenerated. Can be frozen.
