Ingredients: Chicken 55%, Satay sauce (sauce made from vegetable broth, coconut milk, mung bean,shallot, garlic, ROASTED PEANUTS (4.5%), SOYA oil, CASHEW NUTS (2.3%), SESAMES seeds,corn starch, lemongrass, coriander root, FISH and CRUSTACEANS sauce (ANCHOVY extract,SHRIMPS, cooking salt and sugar), spices, dried red peppers, lime, ginger)

Packaging: Under protective atmosphere.
Net weight: approx. 270g. Also available in 1/2 GN approx. 1700g

Storage: refrigerated (max 5°C).
Shelflife: 7 days.

Use: Ready-to-heat product.
Regeneration:
In a bain-marie: Immerse the sachet in a saucepan filled with water at 80/90° mx (not boiling) and cover. Let warm for 20 minutes and serve.
In the microwave: unpack the preparation, place it on a plate, cover with a bell jar and place it in the microwave. Regenerate for about 3-4 minutes at 600 W* and serve.
In a preheated oven: (convection heat 150°C, traditional oven 160°C) unwrap the preparation, place the preparation on a plate or a suitable container, cover with aluminum foil, place on a rack halfway up, during about 20 minutes* and serve.
