Ingredients: 100% pizza base (durum WHEAT semolina, water, salt, extra virgin olive oil, yeast, emulsifier (SOJA lecithin) Topping: tomato sauce

Shelflife (max 5°C): 7 days

Preparation: Preheat your oven to (convection heat 230°C, traditional oven 250°C).Remove the protective film and garnish your pizza as desired and place the pizza in the oven on a rack preferably in the lower part of the oven. Cooking about 5 to 6 minutes*.
