Product produced in an artisanal manner in Switzerland. Regional preparation with potatoes garnished with cheese and cream and a pure beef Bolognese sauce. Mostly regional ingredients (canton of Vaud).
Ingredients: Parmentier gratin 48% (potato 53%), Bolognese sauce 48% (CH beef 32%), grated CHEESE.
Allergens: cheese, lactose, eggs, gluten, celery, mustard
Shelflife (max 5°C): 7 days
In a protective atmosphere packaging.
Product ready to cook. Hot air oven 180°C or traditional oven 200°C. Cook for approximately 20 to 25* minutes.
