Steak tartare is atradional "homemade" product, minced Swiss meat with a knife to which a medium-spiced "hoemade" sauce.


Ingredients: Swiss beef (75%), ketchup, pickles, MUSTARD, capers, Worcester sauce (alcohol vinegar, molasses, malt vinegar (BARLEY), water, sugar, tamarind juice, salt, onions, ANCHOVIES, garlic, aroma, spices), ANCHOVIES, olive oil, chilli and chives. May contain traces of celery.


Packaged in a protective atmosphere
Store in a cool place, max 5 °C
Shelflife: 3 days
