Tuna tartare is an artisanal ready-to-eat product. The tuna and avocado are cut with a knife and delicately mixed with the other ingredients.

Fresh TUNA (Albacore / Atlantic) 40%, avocado 40%, sour CREAM 7%, red pepper, lime juice, olive oil, fresh ginger, fresh coriander 1.6%, lime zest, ANCHOVIES, fines herbs, salt, pepper, chili.
May contain traces of celery.

Packaged in a protective atmosphere
